Emirates is one of the JetBlue partners, so yes, you will be able to earn points when you fly with Emirates. However, you won't be able to redeem earned miles towards flights with Emirates. Today, JetBlue allows redeeming JetBlue points on Hawaiian Airlines flights only, among all airline partners. If you want to be able to both earn and redeem with Emirates, then you may want getting a regular travel rewards credit card instead of or in addition to JetBlue credit card. We would recommend you to make some calculations to see what credit card is the best option for you.
