You're right, Google Play card has a 29.99%9 regular APR. In addition, you can use this card only at Google Pay store. If you don't want to apply for their card, you can apply for a regular rewards card that offers 0% APR on purchases. A good example of a rewards card is the Discover it® Cash Back credit card. There is no annual fee for the card. All your purchases can earn 1% cash back and purchases made in rotating categories earn up to 5% cash back (up to the quarterly maximum, provided you are enrolled).
