Priority Pass members can access Plaza Premium lounges again. Two companies decided to rekindle their relationship to deliver the best possible travel experience in the growing demand of premium travel.
Plaza Premium lounges were a part of Priority Pass, but they were removed from the Priority Pass network in 2021. Now, 63 Plaza Premium lounges returned to Priority Pass giving members new options to relax at airports.
Plaza Premium operates a large collection of independent airport lounges, where 63 lounges are Plaza Premium own lounges. Note that Virgin Atlantic Clubhouses are not included as they are not actually Plaza Premium lounges. In the United States, this includes lounges in Dallas Fort Worth International (Terminal E) and Orlando FL International (Terminal C).
If you would like to visit other Plaza Premium operated lounges, you will need to buy a pass or you can get an eligible American Express or Capital One credit card.
Plaza Premium lounges have seating areas, complementary food and drinks, and Wi-Fi. Some locations may offer amenities like showers and private seat areas.
If you already have a Priority Pass membership, the return of Plaza Premium lounges is great news. However, those who have Plaza Premium lounges access through an eligible credit card, for example Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card Credit Card cardholders, may not like it as it means lounges will become more crowded.
