Yes, there is a Miles&More World Elite Mastercard issued by Barclays, which is available to the US customers. It offers usual for co-branded credit cards conditions: 2 miles per dollar on Miles&More purchases and 1 mile on all other purchases. There’s also a sign-up bonus of 50,000 miles, which is ok for co-branded cards, but now the level of normal rewards earning is higher. With a travel credit card, you can approach 60,000 miles and with the Discover it® Miles that matches earned miles at the end of the first year (provided you are a new cardmember) you can get even more, especially if you use the card for most of your everyday purchases.
